“55% C.S., 33% Merlot, 7% C.F, & 5% P.V. harvested 9/27 – 10/20/16,, hand sorted, with yields of 2.7 tons/acre;

“Fermented (simultaneous alcoholic & malolactic) using selected yeasts & bacteria with temps @ around 25°C; 18 – 25 days of maceration; Matured 18 mos in oak casks (50% new); Bottled 5/28/18; 13.5% ABV.” 9,167 cases produced.
