Producer websiteBK Wines is a small artisan wine maker producing single vineyard wines in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia. It was founded in 2007 by Brendon and Kirstyn Keys. The wines are fermented using natural yeasts, and oak use is restrained. The winemaker shows no reluctance to experiment -- for example, his 'Skin and Bones' Pinot Noir sees 265 days of skin contact, which is much longer than is normal for Australian wines.
