“Grapes selected from 250 acres of estate owned vyds with S, W, & E exposures and soils of limestone & clay, rich in calcium, with sandy veins. Vinified in s/s tanks @ 85°F, 28 days on the skins, pumping over 2-3x/day, malolactic completed, ff’d by ≈24 mos aging. 26,000 cases bottled Apr ’15.”
