This is Italy’s answer to a firm Australian Shiaz or France’s northern Rhone Syrah. A touch of crushed black pepper followed by dark, ripe red fruits and a slightly smoky finish. Refusco makes a wonderful complement to grilled meats. Bring on the garlic or spicy dishes or hearty meat entrée’.
