Grape variety: Tempranillo, Graciano and Garnacha
Pruning: 100% bush vine
Soil: Placed between 500 and 600 m of altitude. Located on plateaus over continental Miocene sandstone strata. Flat shallow soils, stony, calcareous and silty textured. Low fertility and low water retention capacity
Viticulture: The 7 plots form 4 Has of own vineyards worked in biodynamic way in process of getting the demeter certification and in no labour
Harvest: Selection in vineyard. 100% hand picking in cases
Fermentation: Native yeasts
Fermentation tank: Oak wooden casks of 3000 kg
Maturing: 18 Months in oak casks (1500-200 litres) and barrels (225 litres)
