2015 The Schubert Theorem - Roennfeldt Road, Marananga
Selected from 6 distinctive parcels from the east facing slope of Roennfeldt Road in Marananga. Respective batches resting separately on lees for a 20 month élevage in concrete eggs and various sized French oak barrels. Succulent and perfumed the smallest parcel from the south-south-east facing slope brings pronounced blue berries to the mix as well as all the red and black fruits from the other parcels and spice from the less exposed flatter section.
