“58% Malbec, 37% C.S. , & 5% P.V., 100% from the top ‘terroirs’ of Las Compuertas & La Consulta; Vinified in small, s/s vats (80hl); Aged for 14 mos in oak barrels from Central FR made by world-class FR coopers, 70% new & 30% 1-yr-old barrels. 2/3 of the barrels were 225 L barriques, the other 1/3 larger 400 L barrels.”
