“70% S.B. & 30% Sémillon, 40% from Sagemoor, 35% from Boushey, & 25% from the Klipsun Vyds; Whole cluster pressed, fermented with partial native yeast in 90% FR oak (60% new), & 10% s/s; Aged 7 mos on the lees.”
