“Sourced from a selection of premium cool climate vyds (Grampians, Swan Hill, & Heathcote) throughout Victoria; predominantly the Grampians including a portion from the Mount Langi Ghiran Vyds, home of the iconic Langi Shiraz. Vines ave 28 yrs of age, harvest (95% machine + 5% hand) was Mar ’17. Fermented using open fermenter, plunging, & pumping over; 13% ABV.”
