“Harvested 3/15– 4/2/19; Following the harvest, the free-run was cold-settled, before racking and inoculation with selected yeast. Fermentation was carried out primarily in s/s tanks, with approximately 5% of the blend fermented at warmer temperatures in old FR oak vats. As usual, our S.B. was blended stringently from 82 different portions to include only the best. 13.1% ABV, 2.2 g/L R.S., 7.8 g/L T.A., & 3.19 pH; Bottled Aug ’18.” 65,000 cases imported to the U.S.
