This wine is labeled, in English for American tastes, 'DRY'. It has always been released quite true to that designation. Don't know whether it would be legally 'TROCKEN' in Austria, but I'm sure it would be close. Alcohol 12.5 pbv. Therry Theise Estate Selection/ Skurnik. Biodynamic. Even though outside the Wachau, the rear label bears the logo 'Vinea Wachau Districtus Nobilis'. www.nikolaihof.at. At one time this release was laberled 'Riesing Reserve Trockener Spätlese'. but no longer is so, at least in the USA.

Additional note: I've seen recommendations for matiching this wine with bo luk lak, vietnamese beef
