PnP and had with a grilled flat iron. This wine was actually really good right off the pop. Dark fruit , medium bodied silky smooth. Well balanced and really good.

Decanted for about 30 minutes and this was singing, medium + body, dark read fruit and smooth as silk... forgot how good this was at the tasting. Really loved it

3/24/2020 4:45:00 PM - Hi There. Sorry for the delay in writing back. I think the 2011 Alta Maria Pinot Noir still has a lot of life left. There was still plenty of fruit and signs of oxidation.
