Bottle to glass. Disjointed first 20-30 min and then it was nice...of course. Wish i had rare roast beef and horseradish or one of those dijon/pepper coated lamb racks...so maybe what I'm saying is there is enough going on to stand up to some hearty food but not over whelming to were it wld dominate the course. good bright berries, chalky earthy mid, a short tannin take over then the fruit almost comes back.

World of its own. Candied smells, blueberry raisin, maybe a hint of vanilla oak. I stopped timing the finish after 10 minutes. smell, taste, orgasm and repeat..Only a half bottle to my dismay. will be looking for some larger ones to store for 10.
