Classic and pleasing. Everything in proper balance with a good size finish. A lovely bottle, especially for the value conscious. Not sure about aging potential. If I were deep in this wine, I would start drinking what I have little by little. Decanting not necessary.

Terrific and quite approachable now when served with a protein. Tannins are starting to integrate well. Earthy, rich and complex with lots of dark fruit. From the first sniff I knew I was going to love this wine. So glad to have two more bottles and I look forward to revisiting this wine in 5 years if not sooner.

A far cry from the last bottle I had, but perhaps it was a different vintage.
