Rich golden yellow, fine beads although streams were pretty subtle. Big yeasty nose of brioche and toast, honey & overripe apples. Unctuous! Toast spread with apple butter, lemon curd, some caramel and a hint of florals. Looooooong finish, with a perfect zing of acidity that makes you go, "Wait, HOW old is this again?" Just an incredible experience to enjoy this wine - it is everything and more that I'd want from an aged Champagne.

"Shpicy" nose! Syrah pepper and red fruit prevalent. Sexy in the mouth, with balanced fruit, spice and length. A bit of herbaceousness, tangy dark red fruits... very nice, especially for the price. Looking forward to see what some age does to this, if I don't drink it all first! Definitely keeping my eye out for more.

Nose of light earth and red fruit. Bright red cherry and raspberry flavors, decent length, silky integrated tannins. Nice weight and personality but not for long-term cellaring, I think. Otherwise, very enjoyable.
