Gooseberry and barely ripe strawberry. Lemon, Meyer lemon, and hints of grapefruit. Bubbles could be a bit finer. Some slight bready notes toward the finish. Very pleasant overall.

Like a veteran defensive lineman. Still good heft, still light on its feet, and now more balanced and polished. In a really nice place right now.

2/22/2018 6:58:00 PM - Great profile note. However, when one lives in Pittsburgh, that is a bit difficult. Of course, I am jealous. I would love to be able to drive to Willamette or Walla Walla. I’d really love to be able to drive to Tuscany. I just read your note on Ca’ Rozzeria Langhe Nebbiolo. You speak of Jon, I take it you mean Rimmerman. Jealous again. I’d love to be able to drive to Garagiste, instead of buying and shipping from afar. Winemakers surely have good stories, I suspect Jon has a few as well. Cheers!!
