A semi-sweet wine made from South Dakota-grown Frontenac grapes from Lewis and Clark Vineyard near Yankton. The nose brings fragrances of caramel, creme brulee, young strawberries and a hint of raisin. The palate mirrors the nose with caramel, strawberry jam, dense white floral and a hint of cherry cola on the finish. Frontenac 2010 is sweet across the front and mid-palate with a semi-dry, refreshing finish. Serving temp: 44-46 F

Dry smell with a drawn out scent. Taste is full and long. Would go good with a peppered round steak.
