This Alsace GC shows the ling straw-yellow core. with the aroma of pomelo, citrus, green lemon and a tiny bit of twinkling mineral. the finish shows the tastes of the bee wax and not quite long. this wine to me is an ez consuming without any aging requirements. best drink from now till 2015

Light amber+a hint of red core,vs a watery brown rim. M+intensity of smelling, bouquet and aroma. Shown ripe peach, honey wax, smoky, remind me some scotch from highland. Wet wood and walnut. Very round mouth feel. M+body, M alcohol. M acidity. Roussanne and Clairette. Ready to drink now. Not an everybody's wine.

Normally, people suggest to drink Chablis while it is cool, but to this GC, it would be better serve it with a not-that-cool temperature to enjoy the ethereal texture of it. So that the impetus advantage of it will be that "it goes down like water". like always being, this Chablis GC is a gentle and subtle wine, with the light grass color and light green citrus's flavor as well as the mineral, yeah the mineral, not as the iron or magnesium-like sword rampaging in the mouth, as sometimes a young Chablis, it is subtle. harmless to pair fish and even fruits, do not waste it on your beef stew.
