Smoky, Spicy, Pear. Later it became Fig, Tobacco, Cocoa (grainy). Dry, light body, fresh acidity and soft medium tanins. Overall balance was good with very complex flavor, but no structure.

I thought 1968 vintage was undrinkable. But after removing sediments, it became quite pleasant. And after 4hrs of decanting, it even developed tertiary aromas such as tobacco leaves. But clearly tannin is almost gone. 01/02/2016
