11/21/2014 6:21:00 AM - Hi Shultz. I saw that you gave the 2004 Clos de Sharpe a high score of 93. I am thinking of purchasing some of this as I can get some of the 2004 for under $40. Three questions, is this a wine worth purchasing, and do you think it is a wine that would age past 2025? Last question, how long did you need to decant or let the 2004 breathe before it was drinkable. Please let me know. BTW, your web site is first rate and it paints a fantastic picture of your restaurant and brewery. If I ever get to your area in the Ukraine I am stopping by!
