Good nose, lovely colour but perhaps still a little young. Lacks the depth I'd have expected of a 7/8 year old pinot. If I had another I'd be leaving for another few years. Has a good berry flavour that is followed by an earthy/peppery tannin infused flavour that sits well. Think a nice bit of rare lamb back strap or chops with broken waxy potato and green veggies, plus a good jus would work very well.
The wine looks Ruby colored. The legs are Medium. It tastes a little of Black currant with Black Pepper after. The body is Light/Medium. The wine has Round texture. The wine finishes Long. The wine has no acidity.
