Double decanted - Left to stand for 3 hours - verrrry smooth.Lovely - 1 left in the cellar. Will drink its in next few weeks.

Opened about 2 hours before the BBQ'd Sirloin was ready. Lovely but still a little closed. Finished the following night and it was fantastic. Will decant next bottle for at least 2-3 hours.
