This was a wonderful accompaniment to a fork-tender slow-cooker pork dish; nice, lightly fragrant nose; elegant and medium bodied, tasted of tangy berry; a nice but not overly long finish; overall, a very enjoyable wine.

I was disappointed in this wine (but how disppointed does one have a right to be at $9.99 per bottle?) Given its age, it had an unexpected sharpness, and didn't open up much over time.
