Reminded me more of a Pet Nat, even thought the label said it is was made in the Traditional Method. Heavily acidic, but not in a bad way, which was expected being 100% Baga. A great sparkling that I think would be extremely versatile with different foods.

Over manipulated Merlot. Notes of blackberry and an astringent charred oak. Drank like a one-dimensional over ripe Cab or Malbec. Initially had at the winery tasting and was impressed, but we were highly disappointed with the full bottle.
