great low acid gigondas. Perfectly balanced. One of those one more sips wines. And also one of those Rhone wines that makes you wonder what the hell happened to CDPs. When did they become port wine. This is a great food wine.

Popped and poured with steak au poivre. Bright cherry and plum. Light oak frame that gives way to some nice spice and earth notes. Super juicy and one of those wines you just want to drink.
One of my last bottles. Blackberry and sage. Very light and delicious with some mushroom/forest floor notes. This is what I want CDP to taste like. After so many port fruit bombs this one is truly Burgundian.
