No indication on this bottle of the grape. But I know they grow Pinot Noir at Derbies (only a mile up the road!) and I would guess from the flavour (strawberries and raspberries) that there is some in this. A pleasant light wine, with a reasonable complexity, but at an RRP of 12.99 you could get a fairly good basic burgundy or New World PN, which would be rather better.

Although different from drinking an alcoholic wine, I was pleasantly surprised. It tastes slightly sweeter than one might expect, according to to the website it has 3.7g residual sugar per 100ml, which makes it a mefium. It is very fruity - mostly blackcurrant but I get a hint of strawberry also. Note really grapey at all. Acidity is fairly high (Ph 3.17 apparently). There are also noticeable but soft tannins. As an approximation, imagine Ribena with most of the sugar taken out and a splash of strong tea added. But rather more complex.

A good example of a straightforward Vermentino. And great vale from Lidl at just over a fiver.
