I have had this wine before and enjoyed it. This bottle I decanted for a couple of hours while prepping dinner. Tri-tip with thyme and black pepper, roasted brussel sprouts, roasted potatoes with oregano and garlic, and grilled asparagus. Needless to say the wine went beautifully with dinner. Heavy currant with some pepper on the back of the palate. A lovely bottle.
Had this wine with MOTZ at a tasting. The aromas on the nose were amazing, dark fruit, tobacco, lively. Delivering just as much on the palate. For a thirty year old wine it was still very alive.

A different grape, Mourvedre, the same a in the 'Flor' and the 'Maison Bleue' but it might pack the most serious punch of the three:
2012 Domaine le Galantin Bandol
Also, we drank this together from your cellar @ Koho:
2011 Castello di Meleto Chianti Classico Riserva Vigna Casi.
2014 Cowhorn Syrah Sentience
