Opened 2hrs prior to consuming. Used "frog aerator" to pour 4 glasses from the bottle. Paired with salt encrusted Prime Rib. Cork was in good condition, small amount of sediment, dark in the glass but not opaque, good nose of but not overpowering, mouthfeel was full but not extracted, aftertaste of pepper and stone. Excellent wine, surprised at its longevity. Cut thru the fat of the Prime Rib and was one the better wines of this year, sorry that it was my last bottle. Purchased in Dundee at the old nut factory, "Good on you David O'Reilly".

Opened poured into glass for @ 40 minutes. A very nice wine, rounded and full, not as much heat as I was expecting. Enjoyed with a brined and rubbed pork tenderloin, which it accompanied well. Last bottle, wish I had more.

Surprisingly still vibrant after a few years. I think that this is a a "Pines " vineyard offerring. Whatever or wherever it came from, it is great for sipping after dinner, almost a dessert wine. Would have been wonderful with a good steak..... darn!
