Beautiful full traditional c-n-d-p. Still young and tannic, but nothing offensive. As it opened up it was predominantly learhery with cassis notes. Not fully integrated, but pointing to a solid future

Compared against French Pinot with the expectation that this would be deeper and more full bodied. Didn't disappoint. Comments from those not expecting results chose this as the preferred. Still solid and tannic after 7 years, this has at least another 5 years of life to its peak. Strong blackberry and cassis. Nice depth, but a little less rich than other Fe Ciega bottles we've enjoyed. Time will do it good. I'm giving it an 89 because the full complexity has not yet developed.
