The nose is fruity after the third smell. There is a soft texture like a chocolate bar melting in my mouth. The flavor is covering the front palate with minimal balance across the full palate. Hints of coffee, chocolate, blueberries, current with a spicy finish, Yumm!! Yummm!! There is a significant complexity in the finish. The flavors continue to change for minuets after your last sip .Significant Improvement in the finish after one hour open

I opened a bottle and tasted in 2o minutes. Tight, closed and in desperate need for time. Three hours later We polished it off after finishing a different bottle. The smell and tast opened up ten fold. I think would of enjoyed the bottle the fallowing day even more. I can’t wait for a few more years to pass to open my next bottle.
