Round and developed tannins. Acidity slightly higher than the perfect amount. Alcohol not noticeable although being high. Deep and heavy flavours on the woody and spicy side. Like the bottle claims, we got a lot of cedar with a nose of incense. Cinnamon and liquorice and potentially some Tonka due to the weaker hits of Cherries. Good buy and xould easily go 10 more years. Will open bottle no. 2 in 2025. Rated with price in consideration

Very well made and enjoyable. Etremely thick and quite heavy on tannins. Acidity is on the higher end. Needs at least 5 more years, but will age beautifully. Drink in 3-8 years. Given 89 for what it is, but would say 93-94 for what it can become
