Decanted for over an hour, then drank with beef braised in Nebbiolo, Parmesan risotto and roasted butternut squash. Raisin on the nose early on, then black licorice over time. Balanced, with good acidity. Drinkable, but could definitely cellar.

Balanced, soft tannins. Graphite dominated over fruit. Don’t think this bottle would have benefited with more time. Elegant wine.
