Champagne-method Sekt with powerful concentration of very ripe yellow and citrus fruits, stone, chalk, and toast. Tertiary just starting to appear. Searing acidity, very dry, medium+ finish, and interesting salinity on the finish. Delicious now but lots of aging potential.
