Nose of earth, plums, red berry fruit and roses. Light to medium palate weight. Lively and mouth cleansing with satisfying tannin structure finishing clean and firm with good length. Pair with poached salmon with red onions , capers and lemon. Drink 2022 - 2030++.

Elegant and unmistakable notes of cherry, eucalyptus, and porcini mushroom greet the nose, while the velvety palate of white chocolate, cinnamon bark, and pomegranate leave a lingering finish.
