Macadamia nut nose, palate mango, lime and minerals, nice kiss of salt in the finish with air. So good with tofu vegetable stir fry with ginger and garlic.

Black raspberry on top of a core of rich soy sauce and some ginger spice — influenced I’m sure by the chicken butternut squash fried rice we had with it. Satisfying flannel texture with light decant.
