A very pleasant bottle of champagne. Starts off with notes of citrus, vibrant, green apples and brioche, almost combining into lemon tart on the nose. Carries most of these flavours to the palate, where the acidity blends it all wonderfully together. Slight hints of tertiary aromas on the palate, with nougat and a very mild hint of caramel to round it off. Good length and balance. This wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation, which is noticeable (and against my preferences), but luckily not enough for it to be a problem for my personal preferences. All in all a very good wine, will still keep for multiple years, but drinks wonderfully today as well.

Drunk over 2 days. Quite closed upon opening, but opened up nicely over an hour or two, and gave a clear nose of cherries, some raspberries and a slight touch of almonds. On day 2 it was even more open, now also smelling the tiniest bit of oak. The taste was also quite closed, and did not open up completely over the 2 days, but showing quite clear cherries and som nutty flavours. Would keep this in the cellar for a few years before opening. 89 now, but potentially 90+.

Quite modest on the nose with some citrus-y notes with a touch of a little bitter grapefruit. Can also sense a little oak in the very back. The same notes carry over to the taste, with a slightly bitter end. Ends a little abruptly.
Can probably benefit from a couple years of cellaring, but I don't expect this to reach any higher than ~89-90 in pristine condition.
