Clear, medium gold yellow with a very delicate bubble
On the nose we have medium intensity lots of brioche citrus like lemon and some stone fruit
Dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity, medium+ aftertaste and a very nice and delicate bubble.
I like this wine it’s not the best champagne I’ve ever had but it’s definitely a good champagne I would rate this 85/100 I would like a little more complexity but it’s very nice to drink and celebrate something for me it was the start of the weekend today.

Medium intensity on the nose, it has a really creamy note in there from the malolactic process besides that I also smell some stone fruit and citrus fruit think of peach, grapefruit & nectarines, there are also some floral notes which really complement the nose
Dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity, medium lasting after taste, the palate is beautiful a lot of the same which you also have in the nose but now I also noticed some tertiary tastes which come to mind as ginger like incredible wine would definitely drink again.

Nose: clean, medium, some secondary notes from the wood most present is a nice vanila undertone also a lot of citrus fruit lemon and grapefruit, besides this also some floral notes
Taste: Dry, medium sour, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity and also medium after taste
Definitely a good wine I wouldn’t rate this very good I would like some more complexity for that
