I don't drink much white wine but after a visit to the winery and ordering a few of the last bottles my supplier had stateside, I was truly blown away. I tasted it with my manager who also doesn't drink white and it stopped us both in our tracks. A captivating nose paired with a beautifully balanced palette made for a great tasting experience.
The wine is light gold colored with medium legs. Notes of apricot, apple, pear and oak on the nose. Lemon, apricot, pear, honeydew, oak and vanilla on the palette. The medium bodied wine has a silky texture with medium acidity.
