Dark purple. Pepper hits you in the face, green peppers, black fruit, a little oak. Phenomenal wine. Medium+ acidity, medium + tannins. Medium to long finish. Love this wine, can’t wait how the rest develop.

Had this with ravioli. Great ruby color, some bricking but very slight. Plum, black fruit, some subtle red fruit, a little meatiness, some pepper, chocolate, a hint of oak. Great structure, medium - acidity, medium + finish. Will forever be 1 of my favorites having been here during my honeymoon. Could make me biased but that’s ok, phenomenal.
