  Nose: dark forest fruits, forest undergrowth, mushroom, chocolate sweetness, nuttinrss, slight jam.
  Palette: dark fruit, strong spice, pepper, cinnamon, chocolate, slight wood.
  Finish.: long and spicy.
  
  Food pairing, earthy dish mushroom Wellington and kale.
