  Colore rosso granata brillante con leggeri riflessi aranciati. Naso austero e di stampo tradizionale, che rivela profumi di fiori appassiti, di confettura di ciliegia e lampone, note di spezie dolci, tra cui cannella e chiodi di garofano, sentori di tabacco, e pungenti note balsamiche. In bocca è intenso ed estremamente dettagliato, di medio corpo, con un tannino ancora molto marcato (indice di una giovinezza pressoché inesauribile), ma con una profondità e un equilibrio sconfinati. Finale di lunga persistenza.

  Tasted at the Barolo and Barbaresco World Opening, NYC. Traditional style but aged for 1 year in cement and 2 in botti. Softer than the Classico with a touch more plushness. Typical Barolo flavor profile. Good length. Rich and balanced with plenty of life ahead.
