Read Jon Bonne's Rose piece and decided to try one when stocking-up at the State Store.
It was nice, but not exceptional. Has lots of meat for a Rose and nice tastes of peach skin and honeysuckle. It did improve as it warmed from the fridge.
But, it is missing the acid backbone I get from Bandol or Tavel or Bedrock, A-R or Scherrer.
