Definitely quite dry. I think it needs the right food pairing to shine, and I didn't have one. Decent, but, for me, it could have used a bit of deliciousness.

(Müller-Catoir Riesling Trocken) ($24.00) I held this back for three hours and tasted it after the TBA (!), and it shone. Forthright Pfalz ginger and pineapple fruit aromas; dry yet almost chubby – call it “dimpled” – on the palate, but with the tautly pulled acids of ’10. Riesling in-balance but on a palate-scraping frequency.

Soapy. Actually gives me butter-flys in the tummy. Smells exactly like Irish Spring!
