Well...this was a real treat. Cellar time has done wonders for these wines from the Four Corners area of Colorado. John Sutcliffe really does have something going there and I applaud him for his effort and that of his team who have done such a great job in a rather inhospitable climate. This was a lovely blend reminiscent of the best in the Southern Rhône. Perhaps a touch more Burgundian but delicious none the less. This is far from losing steam and should continue delivering the goods for at least another 5 years. Bravo!

Popped and poured and consumed over two days. This was actually quite pleasant now, despite its youth. It's a little tight but I was able to clearly identify plums, new leather and spices. I think some time will do this wonders.
