Still way to young to drink, tasted it at a PNV only dinner. Compared to 8 other wines. This was slow opened for 6 houres then decanted fully for 2 additional hours. Still very tight, showing all the classic Schrader tones, berries, red fruit, choclate (only hints at this stage). needs a full decant on >8 hours or just put it away for a decade The wine looks inky colored. The legs are slow. There is light sediment in the bottle. It tastes like blackberry, blueberry, black currant (cassis) and chocolate. The body is full. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes long.
