Lots of red fruit at the front of a very typical St Emilion albeit a Lussac. Finish not so long. Tannin structure very nicely made. It’s taken a while for this wine to come around but it has been well worth the wait. Great value for little cost. Great with food — served with best end of lamb with a herb crust.

Earthy, currant and savoury herb nose. Medium bodied palate with dry, balancing tannins. Expansive finish.

Musty nose suggests damp plum and wet laundry. Primary and thin, without much energy.
