  Tasted non blind with dinner. Opened and served immediately. Followed over about two hours.
  
  Straw to light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of lemon, yellow pear and paraffin. Flavors of lemon, pineapple and tangy Granny Smith apples. Medium acidity, medium body. Drink now.
