Mostly or all Pinot Blanc. Oak used. Needed a couple minutes to open but then was ready to go. Probably peaking right now. Really a nice middle ground between Alsace and Burgundy (Alsacian grape notes and Burgundian winemaking). Surprising amount of sediment/material at the bottom of the bottle. Would jump on opportunity to try again (different vintages, or different products from same producer).

Farewell to Choi (Peter's): Pinot Blanc from Burgundy! Pale gold. Light peach and bruised peach aromas. Medium acid medium bitterness, 13.5% alcohol with some mid palate weight. Interesting style.

Had this wine with a green curry cod, appropriately spiced...Much better than my first recollection. Green apple, depth...worked well while quaffing before and during the meal..,

I've drank 3 bottles and all have been similar. This wine is big, fat, a little bit flabby. I did not get the acidity others have mentioned, it would have improved the wine. Apple and banana were the prominent aromas. I won't hang onto these.

Elegant and refined. Somehow textured and full but light on the palate, at the same time - like a golden blanket and a babbling brook made a baby.
