Nice crispness and zesty acidity. Fruit was very fresh, more tropical than expected and decent stoniness as well. Great qpr for a margaret river chard.

If I tasted this blind I would call it a premier cru Chablis - the acidity is intense from start to finish and the oak is quite subtle. A big time value for under $20.

Near water clear, with a faint yellow tinge. Very lively nose, with a brisk and refreshing floral, citrus, and guava aromas. Richly rounded and textured mouth entry, followed by tingly lime fruit that is mouth wateringly delicious. Overall, a fascinating achievement marrying all the richness of Chardonnay with all the brightness of Sauvignon Blanc.

12 months 25% new French oak. Medium nose, yellow apple, Bosch pear, vanilla. Palate is rich fruit without being fat, butterscotch, apple cider, nutmeg. New World style with a clean finish.
