The colour is low to medium in intensity and you can easily figure out that it's either a Pinot Noir or a Gamay...or a mix of the two as it is the case with this Passe-tout-Grain. The nose is not very intense nor complex, but still interesting with its red berry aromas. Very light tannic structure, as you would guess, with a bright acidity that makes this wine easy and fun to drink. Nice job Joie Farm.
